Fanad Head Lighthouse

Set on a peninsula between Mulroy Bay and Lough Swilly, Fanad Head Lighthouse is at the most northern point of Ireland. This lighthouse is classified as one of the twelve great lighthouses of Ireland.

Blacksod Lighthouse

Blacksod, Co. Mayo, Ireland

Located on the southern tip of the Mullet Peninsula, Blacksod Lighthouse was built in 1864. Although standing for over 150 years, Blacksod lighthouse is more famously known for supplying weather reports for the D-Day landings, causing postponement of the invasion on 5th June 1944 due to incremental weather, with Eisenhower rescheduling the invasion to 6th June 1944.

Charles Bridge

Often donned with street entertainers and vendors, this historic bridge contains 30 gothic statues and bridge towers.

Poll na mBrón (Poulnabrone) Dolomen translates from Irish as the Hole of Sorrow. The dolomen structure forms a single chamber burial tomb. Located in the Burren area of Clare, the site was used for burials, and possibly linked with Bronze Age rituals.
